The American Airlines Center operations team is relocating their corporate office to PNC Plaza, occupying the entire 3rd floor space of the neighboring AAC Office Tower in Victory Park. Their new home will provide ample space for their team with nearly 20,000 square feet of office, conference, and gathering space.

Working together with McCarthy Building Companies, Studio V Architects was selected to provide design and architectural services for the office build-out. The Design-Build delivery method was chosen to expedite design and construction services to meet the challenging move-in schedule for the AAC during the busy off season of the Dallas Stars and Mavericks.

The space will be completed in October 2024.
