The Remi Downtown

A great way to start the year as we announce our recently designed renovation of the Mayflower apartment building in downtown Dallas.
Situated just north of Pacific Ave on Akard Street, The Remi Downtown is set to offer residents a taste of luxury with a revamped modern facade and expanded interior space for enhanced resident amenities.

Among the highlights of the new program is the transformation of 7,000 sq. ft. of retail space into a variety of amenities, including The Remi's leasing center, business office, entertainment zone, fitness center, sauna, and support spaces.

Additionally, the new design includes upgrades to the centrally shared resident interior courtyard, the penthouse sky lounge, and the rooftop pool deck with stunning views of downtown Dallas.
