As a native resident of Dallas, Texas, Kalyn earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University. She began her career working on commercial and high-end residential projects with a focus on interior architecture and design before shifting her focus to wood-framed multifamily projects.

Kalyn’s design skill set ranges from initial planning and unit design to exterior façade architecture and 3D modeling and rendering. She has designed and managed projects from concept through construction and includes an array of multifamily project types including garden-style, podium, student housing, and mixed-use. Kalyn brings a wealth of experience to the studio for both wood frame and steel frame construction.

While managing projects, Kalyn works to bridge the creative and practical approaches to design. With a passion for collaboration and high-quality design, she enjoys mentoring peers and streamlining workflow for efficient production to create unique and desirable places for people to call home. Kalyn strives to meet and exceed client expectations to deliver quality design at every turn. While not at the firm, Kalyn is busy raising her two young children and enjoys spending time outside with her family, reading a good book, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
